When it comes to the range, I believe that there are two different types of people. I like to call them the Walking arsenal, and the Simple Man. The Walking Arsenal is the shooter that will empty out his entire gun safe, and brings everything with him to the range.
The other individual known as the Simple Man. The Simple Man comes to the range with what he needs, does what he has to do, and leaves.
There is a company that works exactly for the Simple Man. I find myself to be both these types of range personas , so when I found out about Hackett Equipment I knew I would find myself doing research on the product. The products Hackett Equipment makes are some serious heavy duty range packs that I have found already have excellent reviews for.
When it comes to their products I have found a pack that they make , that would suit the needs of a shooter like myself on those days when I want to get out to train, but don’t feel like lugging around an extraordinary amount of firearms and ammunition.
This ideal pack that is extremely beneficial is known as their “EDC Two Pistol Range Pack.” From the information and testimonials that I have gathered from people that have purchased this pack, I have concluded that it is a must buy. It holds 2 pistols , along with 8 magazine pouches. The pack is extremely durable which makes it something noteworthy if you are like me, and have a habit of wearing things out fast.
A couple other functions that this pack does provide to its user is first the space made available for the storage of ammunition.
Hackett Equipment states that the 2 Pistol EDC pack holds 8 boxes of ammunition, which is a life saver in my eyes. When I go to the range, and I am only focusing on using a certain pistol or two, I only want to bring a set amount of ammo with me as well. Not only does this pack save on carrying extra containers for ammo, it helps you limit your ammo usage as well. Follow this I have noticed that the front of the pack has a MOLLE system on the front which is definitely a plus for me , for I always like to have the option to carry more just incase I would like to seperate my hearing/vision protection, or put a small tourniquet pouch on the back as well.
All in all the space that this pack provides for being as small as it is, proves that Hackett Equipment has the shooter in mind when it comes to the production value of the pack. I always have my reservations when it comes to picking up a new pack. I do countless amounts of research, because I use the pack til I destroy it. I believe that the “EDC Two Pistol Range Pack,” made by Hackett Equipment is a valuable investment that provides outstanding results for anyone looking to obtain a new range pack.
