OKLAHOMA CITY – A man entered Louie’s Grill & Bar in northwest Oklahoma City and opened fired hitting a mother and daughter who were celebrating a birthday, according to Captain Bo Mathews with the Oklahoma City Police Department.
The unidentified man was confronted by an armed citizen who was able to pull his own firearm and shoot and kill the mass shooter.
Four people were injured, but are expected to survive.
